本研究は、セルフチェック用デジタルツールであるMoCA XpressOおよびMoCA CHAIの日本語版について、日本語話者の地域在住高齢者における実施可能性（フィージビリティ）および評価性能を検討することを目的とする。

言語的自然さ・操作性：アンケート得点を記述し、ヒアリング内容を「教示」「項目文」「結果表示」「画面操作」「音声」「端末」等にカテゴリ化したもの。
スコア分布：総得点・カテゴリ別得点の分布、天井効果・床効果、外れ値を確認する。

Independent completion rate: The proportion of participants who completed the test(s) without non-cognitive operational assistance from research staff.
Missing data, discontinuation, and technical problems: Number of missing items, reasons for discontinuation, problems related to device/connectivity/audio/input, and content of operational assistance provided.
Time required: Descriptive statistics of the total time required for each tool and the time required for each major section.
Linguistic naturalness and usability: Questionnaire scores will be described, and interview content will be categorized into themes such as "instructions," "item wording," "result display," "screen operation," "audio," and "device."
Score distribution: The distribution of total scores and scores for each category will be examined, including ceiling effects, floor effects, and outliers.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・同意取得時の年齢が60歳以上の地域在住者であること。
・日本語を日常的に使用し、検査および質問紙に日本語で回答できること。
・研究の目的・内容について説明を受け、理解した上で、文書により自発的に研究参加に同意できること。

-Community-dwelling individuals aged 60 years or older at the time of consent.
-Individuals who use Japanese in daily life and are able to respond to the tests and questionnaires in Japanese.
-Individuals who have received an explanation of the purpose and content of the study, have understood it, and are able to voluntarily provide written consent to participate in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・視覚、聴覚、運動機能等の障害により、端末画面の確認、音声教示の理解、画面入力等が困難で、研究手順の実施が困難と判断される者。ただし、通常想定される範囲の操作案内や非認知的な操作補助により実施可能な者は除外しない。
・直近1か月以内にMoCA-Jを受検した者。
・研究責任者または研究分担者が、体調、調査当日の状況、その他の理由により本研究への参加が適切でないと判断した者。例えば、アルコール摂取等により認知機能評価への影響が明確である者は除外する。

-Individuals judged to be unable to complete the study procedures due to visual, auditory, motor, or other impairments that make it difficult to view the device screen, understand audio instructions, or perform screen input. However, individuals who are able to complete the procedures with the standard level of operational guidance or non-cognitive operational assistance will not be excluded.
-Individuals who have taken the MoCA-J within the past 1 month.
-Individuals judged by the principal investigator or a co-investigator to be inappropriate for participation in this study due to their physical condition, circumstances on the day of assessment, or other reasons. For example, individuals in whom the effects of alcohol consumption, etc., on cognitive function assessment are evident will be excluded.

研究対象者の募集は、板橋区シルバー人材センターに委託して行う。研究責任者または研究分担者が、同センターを通じて募集された参加希望者に対して説明会を実施し、研究の目的、方法、参加の任意性、撤回の自由、個人情報の取扱い、謝礼等を説明する。同意取得は研究責任者または研究分担者が行い、シルバー人材センター職員は同意取得に関与しない。参加しないこと、または同意を撤回することによって、同センターの会員活動や今後の依頼等に不利益が生じないことを説明する。

Recruitment of study participants will be outsourced to the Itabashi Silver Human Resources Center. The principal investigator or a co-investigator will hold an explanatory session for prospective participants recruited through the Center, explaining the purpose and methods of the study, the voluntary nature of participation, the freedom to withdraw, the handling of personal information, remuneration, and other relevant matters. Informed consent will be obtained by the principal investigator or a co-investigator, and staff of the Silver Human Resources Center will not be involved in the consent process. Participants will be informed that neither declining to participate nor withdrawing consent will result in any disadvantage to their membership activities at the Center or to future work assignments.
