目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
人工膝関節置換術後患者を対象としたランダム化比較試験により，入院期間中の通常のリハビリテーションに認知行動理論に基づく目標達成型作業療法を併用することで，通常のリハビリテーション単独と比較して，疼痛と心理的要因および身体活動量に与える影響を明らかにする．

This randomized controlled trial aims to clarify the effects on pain, psychological factors, and physical activity levels of combining goal-oriented occupational therapy based on cognitive-behavioral theory with standard inpatient rehabilitation, compared to standard rehabilitation alone, in patients who have undergone total knee arthroplasty.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

対象は変形性膝関節症に対して人工膝関節置換術を施行する患者とする．

The subjects are patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
変形性膝関節以外の診断にて人工膝関節置換術を施行された患者．
認知症や精神障害を呈する者．

英語
Patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty for diagnoses other than knee osteoarthritis.
Individuals presenting with dementia or mental disorders.
