本研究は、若年就労女性を対象に、従来型の体重管理に焦点を当てた栄養教育プログラムと、weight-neutral型の体重にとらわれない栄養教育プログラムの紹介動画を無作為に提示し、視聴後の評価を比較する。さらに、体験プログラム希望者に対して割付群に対応した短時間の体験プログラムを提供し、体験後の評価および1週間後の実践状況を把握する。加えて、対象者特性に応じた受容性や実践状況を明らかにし、栄養教育プログラムのターゲティングに資する示唆を得ることを目的とする。

This study compares post-viewing evaluations of videos introducing either a conventional weight management-focused nutrition education program or a weight-neutral nutrition education program among young working women randomly assigned to one of the two groups. Participants who wish to take part in the experience program will receive a brief experience program corresponding to their assigned group, and their evaluations after the program and practice status one week later will be assessed. The study also aims to clarify acceptability and practice status according to participant characteristics, and to obtain findings that may inform the targeting of nutrition education programs.
