日本語
萎縮型加齢黄斑変性（GAを伴うAMD）に対してアイザベイ（アバシンカプタドペゴルナトリウム）を投与された日本人患者を対象として、投与前のGA病変の特徴ならびに投与後のGA面積の変化率を評価し、本邦リアルワールドにおけるアイザベイの有効性・安全性・投与実態を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The aim of this study is to evaluate the characteristics of geographic atrophy (GA) lesions before treatment and the rate of change in GA area after treatment with IZERVAY (Avacincaptad Pegol Sodium) in Japanese patients with GA secondary to AMD, in order to clarify the real-world effectiveness, safety, and treatment patterns of IZERVAY in Japan.

（1）萎縮型加齢黄斑変性と診断された患者（2）参加施設においてアイザベイ（アバシンカプタドペゴルナトリウム）による硝子体内注射治療を受けた患者（3）アイザベイ投与開始時点で20歳以上の患者（4）本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、本人（または代諾者）の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者

(1) Patients diagnosed with geographic atrophy secondary to age-related macular degeneration; (2) Patients who received intravitreal injections of IZERVAY at a participating institution; (3) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of initiation of IZERVAY treatment; (4) Patients who provided written informed consent (by themselves or a legally authorized representative) after sufficient explanation

本研究は多施設共同・前向き・後ろ向き混合観察研究である。萎縮型加齢黄斑変性（地図状萎縮を伴うAMD）に対してアイザベイ（アバシンカプタドペゴルナトリウム）の硝子体内注射治療を受けた患者を対象とする。後ろ向き観察期間はアイザベイ投与開始前最大2年間、前向き観察期間はアイザベイ投与開始から最低1年間（最大2年間）。対照群は設定しない（無対照・記述的研究）。ランダム化は行わない。サンプリングは連続症例（convenience sampling）とし、各施設において選択・除外基準を満たすすべての患者を対象とする。

This is a multicenter, prospective and retrospective mixed observational study. Patients with geographic atrophy (GA) secondary to age-related macular degeneration (AMD) who received intravitreal injections of IZERVAY (Avacincaptad Pegol Sodium) at participating institutions are enrolled. The retrospective observation period covers up to 2 years prior to IZERVAY initiation; the prospective observation period covers at least 1 year (up to 2 years) after IZERVAY initiation. No control group is set (non-comparative, descriptive study). No randomization is performed. Sampling is by consecutive convenience sampling: all eligible patients at each site are enrolled.
