架空企業事例を用いたケース学習を中心とする教育研修プログラム。集合研修前にオンデマンド動画10本（各約10分）を視聴し、健康施策計画シートによる事前課題に取り組む。Zoomによるオンライン集合研修を2回（各120分）実施し、主要健康課題・原因の整理、施策計画作成、意思決定者向けプレゼンテーションおよび相互フィードバックを行う。質問票調査は研修前、直後、1か月後に実施する。

An educational training program centered on case-based learning using a fictitious company. Before the live sessions, participants view ten on-demand videos (approximately 10 minutes each) and complete assignments using a workplace health initiative planning worksheet. Two 120-minute live online sessions are conducted via Zoom, covering identification of key health issues and their causes, development of an initiative plan, presentations to decision makers, and peer feedback. Questionnaires are administered before, immediately after, and one month after training.
