腹部大動脈瘤(AAA)に対するステントグラフト内挿術（EVAR）後の瘤壁の細胞外液画分（Extracellular volume fraction: ECV）値が将来の瘤径拡大を予測できるかを検証すること

To evaluate whether the extracellular volume (ECV) fraction of the aneurysm wall can predict future aneurysm sac enlargement after endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) for abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA).

Definition of aneurysm sac enlargement:
- An increase in maximum short-axis diameter of 5 mm or more, or
- An increase of 10% or more

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・年齢が20歳以上の成人患者。
・腎機能が造影CT検査の施行基準を満たす患者。
・EVAR施行後1か月以上、12か月以内に定期造影CTが予定されている患者。
・本研究への参加について、文書による同意取得が可能な患者。

- Adult patients aged 20 years or older
- Patients whose renal function meets the criteria for contrast-enhanced CT examination
- Patients scheduled for routine contrast-enhanced CT between 1 month and 12 months after EVAR
- Patients who can provide written informed consent to participate in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・活動性感染を有している患者
・炎症性、解離性大動脈瘤の患者
・結合組織疾患の患者
・緊急でEVARを行った患者
・孤立性腸骨動脈瘤の症例
・研究登録時または追跡期間中に、本人より同意撤回の申し出があった症例。
・評価に必要な臨床検査値（ヘマトクリット値など）や遠隔期の瘤径フォローアップデータが欠測している症例。
・画像上の過度な体動ノイズや金属アーチファクト等により、瘤壁ECVの正確な測定・解析が不可能な症例。

- Patients with active infection
- Patients with inflammatory or dissecting aortic aneurysms
- Patients with connective tissue disease
- Patients who underwent emergency EVAR
- Cases of isolated iliac artery aneurysm
- Cases where consent is withdrawn by the patient at enrollment or during the follow-up period
- Cases with missing clinical laboratory data required for evaluation (e.g., hematocrit value) or long-term aneurysm diameter follow-up data
- Cases where accurate measurement or analysis of aneurysm wall ECV is impossible due to excessive motion artifacts, metallic artifacts, or other factors on imaging
