目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
60歳以上80歳未満の男女を対象とし、チョコレートを16週間継続摂取した際の血清中マイクロRNAを測定し、体組成や血液マーカー等との関連性を探索的に評価する。
本研究では、新たな介入は実施せず、既に実施済みのUMIN000054576で取得した既存試料（血清）および情報を利用する。

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between serum microRNAs, body composition, and blood biomarkers in men and women aged 60 to 79 years following 16 weeks of continuous chocolate ingestion.
No new interventions will be conducted in this study; stored serum samples and clinical data previously collected in the UMIN000054576 study will be utilized.

非摂取群およびチョコレート摂取群における、摂取開始前、摂取8週後および摂取16週後の最大10種類程度の血清中マイクロRNAの正規化ΔCtの経時的変化（主解析では群×時点交互作用を評価する）

Changes over time in normalized delta Ct values of serum microRNAs (up to approximately 10 types) before ingestion, and at 8 and 16 weeks after ingestion in the non-ingestion group and the chocolate ingestion group.
The primary analysis will evaluate the group-by-time interaction.
