1.Lanham基準を満たし、EGPAの診断が得られた者
2.年齢50歳以上の者
対照喘息群
1.先行研究「重症喘息におけるフレイルの危険因子としての経口ステロイド」に参加した者（全例60歳以上の喘息患者）
2.MoCA-Jによる評価を行った者

EGPA Group
1.Patients diagnosed with EGPA based on the Lanham criteria.
2.Patients aged 50 years or older.
Control Asthma Group
1.Patients who participated in the previous study, "Oral corticosteroids as a risk factor for frailty in severe asthma" (all are asthma patients aged 60 years or older).
2.Patients evaluated using the MoCA-J.
