脳卒中センターで診療を受けた患者について、前向きに登録する。登録する情報は、通常診療で得た情報である。予後を確認し、脳血管障害で診療を受けた患者像について探索的に解析を行う。

Patients who receive care at the Stroke Center will be prospectively enrolled. The registry will include data obtained during routine clinical practice. Follow-up information will be collected to evaluate clinical outcomes, and exploratory analyses will be conducted to characterize patients with cerebrovascular disease, including their clinical characteristics, treatments, and outcomes.
