日本語
ダウン症候群のある乳幼児をもつ父親・母親に対して、育児支援および親子関係支援を含む支援計画を実施し、その効果と課題を明らかにすることである。

The objective is to implement a support program including parenting support and parent-child relationship support for fathers and mothers of infants and toddlers with Down syndrome, and to identify its effectiveness and challenges. Based on data collected from both fathers' and mothers' perspectives, the study aims to identify the challenges and support needs faced by families from infancy through early childhood, and to clarify specific strategies for parenting support and parent-child relationship support for families with infants and toddlers with Down syndrome, as well as future challenges.

介入前後で父親・母親の心理面（父親・母親の感情・わが子への肯定的感情）を確認する。父親・母親の感情は、Profile of mood states second edition日本版、父親・母親のわが子への肯定的感情は、Maternal Attachment lnventory日本版である。

We will assess the psychological state of fathers and mothers, including their emotions and positive feelings toward their children, before and after the intervention. The fathers' and mothers' emotions will be assessed using the Japanese version of the Profile of Mood States, Second Edition, and their positive feelings toward their children will be assessed using the Japanese version of the Maternal Attachment Inventory.

乳児の発達状況を把握するために、乳児の発達傾向を全般的にわたって分析できる遠城寺式乳幼児分析的発達検査法も確認する。

To assess the developmental status of infants, we will also refer to the Enjoji Analytical Developmental Assessment for Infants and Toddlers, which enables a comprehensive analysis of developmental trends.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

ダウン症候群の生後２か月から２歳未満の児をもつ父親・母親を対象とする。ダウン症候群児は、合併症を伴うことも多いことから、広くその実態を調査するため、健康障害について選定基準を設けない。育児環境による親子関係への影響を考慮し、父親・母親は通院が必要となる健康障害がないことを選定基準とする。

This study targets fathers and mothers of children with Down syndrome who are between 2 months and under 2 years of age. Since children with Down syndrome often have comorbid conditions, no selection criteria regarding health impairments will be established in order to conduct a broad survey of their actual circumstances. Taking into account the impact of the child-rearing environment on parent-child relationships, the selection criterion is that neither the father nor the mother has a health impairment requiring regular medical treatment.
