日本語
20歳以上65歳未満の肥満（肥満Ⅰ度）の成人男女を対象として、食生活の改善と試験食品の摂取を継続した際の体脂肪低減作用を検証する。

The objective of this study is to evaluate the body fat-reducing effect of continued consumption of the test food in conjunction with dietary improvement in obese (Class I obesity) adult men and women aged 20 to 64 years.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上、摂取終了時の年齢が65歳未満の男女
(2) BMI値が25.0 kg/m2以上30.0 kg/m2未満の者
(3) 来所予定日に指定の試験実施医療機関に来院可能な者
(4) 当試験の目的、及び内容について十分に理解した上で、書面による同意を得た者

英語
(1) Male or female adults who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining informed consent and younger than 65 years of age at the end of the intake period.
(2) Individuals with a BMI of >=25.0 kg/m2 and <30.0 kg/m2.
(3) Individuals who are able to visit the designated study site on the scheduled visit dates.
(4) Individuals who have been provided with a full explanation of the purpose and procedures of the study, have sufficiently understood them, and have provided written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) スクリーニング検査時の脂質エネルギー比率が30%未満の者
(2) 収縮期血圧が90 mmHg 未満の者
(3) 妊娠中（妊娠している可能性のある場合を含む）あるいは授乳期の者
(4) 試験開始4週間前から試験開始までに成分献血あるいは全血として200 mL採血を行った者
(5) 試験開始12週間前から試験開始までに全血400 mL以上採血を行った男性
(6) 試験開始16週間前から試験開始までに全血400 mL以上採血を行った女性
(7) 試験開始12ヶ月前の月から試験開始までの採血量に、試験の予定総採血量を加えると1,200 mLを超える男性
(8) 試験開始12ヶ月前の月から試験開始までの採血量に、試験の予定総採血量を加えると800 mLを超える女性
(9) 他の試験に試験対象者として参加中、あるいは参加した試験終了後4週間以内、あるいは当試験期間中に参加を予定している者
(10) 交代勤務など、生活が不規則な者
(11) アルコール多飲者
(12) 喫煙本数が21本/日以上の者
(13) 試験期間中に提供食品を指示通り摂取できない者
(14) アプリによる食事記録が実施できない者
(15) 試験食品の効能評価に影響を及ぼす可能性がある特定保健用食品・機能性表示食品・健康食品等を継続的に摂取している者
(16) 試験食品の効能評価に影響を及ぼす可能性がある医薬品を継続的に服薬している者
(17) 試験期間中に生活習慣が変わる予定のある者
(18) 以下の各号のいずれかに当てはまる者
a)　心臓、肝臓、腎臓に疾患を有する者（他の疾病の合併症である場合も含む）
b)　呼吸器系疾患を発症している者
c)　循環器系疾患の既往歴のある者
d)　糖尿病を発症している者
e)　試験食品及び提供食品に対してアレルギーを有する者
(19) その他、試験責任医師又は試験分担医師が試験の対象として不適当と判断した者

(1) Individuals whose fat energy ratio is <30% at screening.
(2) Individuals with systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg.
(3) Pregnant, potentially pregnant, or breastfeeding individuals.
(4) Individuals who donated blood components or 200 mL whole blood within 4 weeks before study initiation.
(5) Males who donated >=400 mL whole blood within 12 weeks before study initiation.
(6) Females who donated >=400 mL whole blood within 16 weeks before study initiation.
(7) Males whose total blood donation volume during the previous 12 months plus study-related blood collection would exceed 1,200 mL.
(8) Females whose total blood donation volume during the previous 12 months plus study-related blood collection would exceed 800 mL.
(9) Individuals currently participating in, recently completing, or planning to participate in another clinical study.
(10) Individuals with irregular lifestyles, including shift workers.
(11) Individuals with excessive alcohol consumption.
(12) Individuals smoking >=21 cigarettes/day.
(13) Individuals unable to consume the study foods as instructed.
(14) Individuals unable to record dietary intake using the designated mobile application.
(15) Regular users of FOSHU, FFC, supplements, or other health foods that may affect study outcomes.
(16) Individuals regularly taking medications that may affect study outcomes.
(17) Individuals expecting major lifestyle changes during the study.
(18) Individuals with:
a) Cardiac, hepatic, or renal disease.
b) Respiratory disease.
c) A history of cardiovascular disease.
d) Diabetes mellitus.
e) Allergies to the study foods.
(19) Individuals judged ineligible by the Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator.
