回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した65歳以上の患者を対象に、入院時の栄養状態（GLIM基準）と機能的自立度（FIM）の経時的変化との関連、および摂食嚥下機能との関連を明らかにすることを目的とする。

To investigate the association between nutritional status based on the Global Leadership Initiative on Malnutrition (GLIM) criteria at admission and longitudinal changes in the Functional Independence Measure (FIM), as well as swallowing function, in patients aged 65 years and older admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward.

Patients aged 65 years and older admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward who have provided written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

必要な評価項目（FIMまたは栄養評価等）が取得できない者。
研究代表者または研究分担者が不適当と判断した者。

Patients for whom the required assessment data (e.g., Functional Independence Measure [FIM] or nutritional assessment) cannot be obtained.
Patients judged by the principal investigator or sub-investigators to be unsuitable for participation in the study.

本研究は前向き観察研究である。回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した65歳以上の患者を対象に、入院時の栄養状態（GLIM基準）と機能的自立度（FIM）の経時的変化および摂食嚥下機能との関連を検討する。
