PESaMを用いて、IPF／PPF の日本人患者における抗線維化療法に伴う心理的及び社会的影響に関する認識を、記述的かつ探索的に定量評価すること。

To quantitatively evaluate, in a descriptive and exploratory manner using the PESaM, the attitudes of Japanese patients with IPF/PPF regarding the emotional and social impact associated with their AF treatment.

・過去4週間以内に、ニンテダニブ又はピルフェニドンを服用した、40歳以上のIPF患者、もしくは過去4週間以内に、ニンテダニブを服用した、18歳以上のPPF患者
・自身でウェブアンケートに回答可能な患者

-Patients with IPF aged 40 years or older who received nintedanib or pirfenidone within the previous 4 weeks, or patients with PPF aged 18 years or older who received nintedanib within the previous 4 weeks
-Patients capable of responding to a self-administered questionnaire

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・ネランドミラストの投与を受けた患者（治験を含む）
・ピルフェニドンの投与を受けたPPF患者
・現在入院中の患者
・悪性腫瘍を有する患者

-Patients treated with nerandomilast (including clinical trials)
-Patients with PPF treated with pirfenidone
-Patients currently hospitalized
-Patients with malignant tumors
