雑音下での聞き取りに障害を訴える難聴者は少なくない。根本的な治療法は未確立であり、雑音下聴取能改善のための介入方法の開発が求められている。本研究ではスマートフォンアプリケーションを用いた聴覚トレーニングによる雑音下聴取能改善効果について検討する。

Many individuals with hearing loss experience difficulty understanding speech in noisy environments. As no established treatment is currently available, interventions to improve speech-in-noise ability are needed. This study aims to evaluate whether auditory training using a smartphone application improves speech-in-noise ability.

3ヶ月の聴覚トレーニング後の雑音下聴取能検査：digits-in-noise test（DIN）およびdigits-in-2-talker-babble test（DI2TB）の正答率が50%となる信号雑音比(speech reception threshold corresponding to 50% correct responses: SRT 50)を介入前後で比較評価する。

以下のすべてを満たす者：
1. 純音聴力が正常範囲内であるが雑音下での聞き取り困難により日常生活に支障を感じている者、または軽度から中等度難聴者
2. スマートフォンを日常的に使用している者
3. スクリーニング検査で雑音下聴取能の低下が確認された者

Participants were required to meet all of the following criteria:
1. Normal pure-tone hearing with self-reported difficulty understanding speech in noise that interfered with daily life, or mild-to-moderate hearing loss
2. Daily smartphone use
3. Reduced speech-in-noise performance confirmed by screening testing

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
