包括基準は65歳以上の地域在住高齢者，意思疎通が可能で研究に対する本人の同意が得られた者とした．

Participants were community-dwelling older adults aged 65 years or older who were able to communicate and provide written informed consent to participate in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
除外基準は認知症の診断がある者，調査用紙の質問に対する理解が困難であり，自力で回答できない者，重度の視覚障害または聴覚障害,嗅覚障害がある者とした．

Participants were excluded if they had a diagnosis of dementia, had difficulty understanding the questionnaire items and were unable to complete the questionnaire independently, or had severe visual, hearing, or olfactory impairment.
