大学生のメンタルヘルス課題に対し、相談チャネルとしてのAI相談と人相談を比較し、（1）自己開示のバリアに相当する心理メカニズム（開示抑制態度）、ならびに（2）相談意図および会話直後の主観的効果（解決感）への影響を検討する。

In response to mental health challenges faced by college students, this study compares AI counseling and human counseling as counseling channels and examines (1) the psychological mechanisms underlying barriers to self-disclosure (attitudes toward disclosure inhibition), as well as (2) their impact on the intention to seek counseling and the subjective sense of resolution immediately following the conversation.

2)インターネット環境およびチャットツールを使用できる者
3)日本語での読み書きが可能な者

1) Undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in the Faculty of Health Sciences or the Graduate School of Health Sciences at Fukushima Medical University
2) Individuals who have access to the internet and can use chat tools
3) Individuals who can read and write in Japanese

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 現在、精神科・心療内科を受診中または治療中の者
2) 研究参加が心身の状態に悪影響を及ぼすと研究責任者が判断した者
3) その他、研究責任者が参加不適切と判断した者

英語
1) Individuals currently receiving care or undergoing treatment at a psychiatric or psychosomatic medicine clinic
2) Individuals whom the principal investigator determines would be adversely affected physically or mentally by participating in the study
3) Any other individuals whom the principal investigator determines are unsuitable for participation
