鼻・副鼻腔日帰り手術において、レミマゾラムを用いた全静脈麻酔とセボフルランを用いた吸入麻酔の間でPDNV発生率に差があるかを明らかにする。

To determine whether there is a difference in the incidence of PDNV between total intravenous anesthesia using remimazolam and inhalation anesthesia using sevoflurane in same-day nasal and sinus surgeries.

日帰り鼻・副鼻腔手術を受ける患者
ASA IもしくはⅡ の成人

Patients undergoing same-day nasal and sinus surgery
Adults classified as ASA I or II
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
妊娠・授乳中の患者、またはその可能性がある患者
ベンゾジアゼピン系薬剤または揮発性麻酔薬に対するアレルギーがある患者
認知機能障害などで評価が困難な患者
緊急手術症例
ステロイド使用患者

Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who may be pregnant or breastfeeding
Patients with allergies to benzodiazepines or volatile anesthetics
Patients whose condition is difficult to assess due to cognitive impairment or other factors
Emergency surgical cases
