EQ-5D-5Lを用いた健康関連QOLのスコア（ベースラインから3年目まで、毎年測定）

Health-related quality of life scores measured by the EQ-5D-5L (assessed annually from baseline up to 4 years)

1. Self-completed Occupational Performance Index（SOPI：自記式作業遂行指標）による作業遂行スコア
2. BOPAQ（身体活動量質問票）による中高強度身体活動量
3. K6（精神的健康度）による心理的ストレススコア
4. Mini-Cog
5. SWLS（人生満足尺度）による主観的人生満足度スコア
6. 痛みの有無、持続期間、強度、および慢性痛の部位数
（上記すべてについて、ベースラインから3年目まで年1回・計4回測定）

2. Moderate-to-vigorous physical activity levels measured by the Brief Physical Activity Questionnaire (BOPAQ).
3. Psychological distress scores screened by the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K6).
4. Mini-Cog
5. Subjective life satisfaction scores evaluated by the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS).
6. Presence, duration, intensity of pain, and the number of chronic pain sites.
(All variables will be assessed annually from baseline up to 3 years; total of 4 times).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下４点を全て満たす者。
1. 通いの場で交流や活動を行っている者（入院治療や高度な医療管理を必要としない者）
2．歩行が自立している、または歩行補助具の使用により自立している者
3．研究内容を理解し、質問紙への回答および機器装着が可能である者（医師から認知症と診断されていない者）
4．年1回・計4回の評価への参加が可能な者

Individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
1. Actively participating in social interactions or activities at a community-based gathering place ("Kayoi-no-ba") (excluding individuals who require hospitalization or advanced medical management).
2. Independent in ambulation (either unassisted or independent with the use of an assistive walking device).
3. Capable of understanding the study details, responding to questionnaires, and wearing assessment devices (excluding individuals with a formal physician diagnosis of dementia).
4. Capable of participating in all four annual evaluations.
