帝王切開後や麻酔分娩後の出産当日に直接授乳が十分に行えない場合、乳汁生成が遅れる可能性があります。本研究では、出産後早期から電動さく乳器による優しい乳頭刺激を行うプログラムを臨床現場で導入し、その実装可能性を評価します。

If a mother is unable to breastfeed sufficiently on the day of delivery following a cesarean section or an epidural, milk production may be delayed. In this study, we will evaluate the feasibility of implementing a program in clinical settings that involves gentle nipple stimulation using a breast pump shortly after delivery.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

Mothers
1) 参加施設で37週以降に帝王切開になる母親（予定・緊急含む）
2) 麻酔分娩後でも新生児の要因（初期嘔吐、傾眠、低血糖）等で分娩当日の授乳が遅れる母親
3) 母親の理由で出産当日から翌朝まで直接授乳が予定されない母児
4) 早産児や治療を要する等母子分離の期間がある母親
5) 母乳育児希望
6) 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上44歳未満である。
7) 本研究の参加について、本人から文書による同意を得られた者

1) Mothers who undergo a cesarean section (scheduled or emergency) at 37 weeks or later at a participating facility
2) Mothers whose breastfeeding is delayed on the day of delivery due to neonatal factors (such as early vomiting, week sucking, or hypoglycemia), even after an anesthetized delivery
3) Mother-infant pairs for whom direct breastfeeding is not scheduled from the day of delivery until the following morning due to reasons related to the mother
4) Mothers of preterm infants or those requiring medical treatment, resulting in a period of separation between mother and infant
5) Prefer to breastfeed
6) Aged 20 years or older but under 44 years at the time consent is obtained.
7) Participants for whom written informed consent has been obtained regarding participation in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 持病や合併症のため母乳育児が制限されている者
2)　児に重篤な疾患がある者
3)　その他、研究責任者（分担研究者）が不適当と判断した者。（例：疲労が強い）

1) Individuals whose ability to breastfeed is limited due to a pre-existing condition or complications
2) Individuals whose newborn has a serious medical condition
3) Other individuals deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator (or co-investigator). (e.g., severe fatigue)
