本研究の目的は、肘関節動的安定化組織である前腕筋の運動を投球前に行うことにより、反復投球中の肘関節内側支持組織の負担を軽減することができるか検証することである。

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether performing exercises for the forearm muscles, which serve as dynamic stabilizers of the elbow joint, before pitching can reduce the load on the medial elbow structures during repetitive pitching.
