本研究では，オンデマンド型性的マイノリティ研修プログラムを地域住民を対象に実施し，ホモフォビア・トランスフォビアに対する効果を，介入を実施しない群との比較により検証することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to conduct an on-demand training program on sexual minorities for local residents and to evaluate its effectiveness in reducing homophobia and transphobia, by comparison with the group without intervention.

1ヶ月の間にオンデマンドで動画5本の視聴とゲーム3本の実施を行ってもらう。動画は，性的マイノリティの基礎知識，アウティング，当事者の話に関するもの。ゲームは，性的マイノリティとの関わり方を疑似体験するもの。

Over the course of one month, participants will watch five on-demand videos and play three games. The videos cover basic knowledge about sexual minorities, outing, and listen the stories of sexual minorities. The games provide a simulated experience of interacting with sexual minorities.
