本研究は、健康プログラム「ウェルネストラック」の普及および利用を促進する要因と阻害する要因を明らかにするとともに、普及と利用促進を目的としたサポーター講座について、効果的な実装戦略とその実装プロセスを明らかにすることを目的とする。

This study aims to identify the factors that facilitate or hinder the dissemination and use of the Wellness Track health program, and to clarify effective implementation strategies and the implementation process for a supporter training program designed to promote its dissemination and use.

1．講座参加者：10歳以上で、研究内容について説明を受け、本人または必要に応じて代諾者から研究参加への同意が得られた者。
2．インタビュー対象者：対象地域において健康増進活動に関わる地域関係者、またはウェルネストラックを利用する18歳以上の者。

1. Training program participants: Individuals aged 10 years or older who have received an explanation of the study and provided informed consent, or for whom consent has been provided by a legally authorized representative when required.
2. Interview participants: Local stakeholders involved in health promotion activities in the study area or Wellness Track users aged 18 years or older.
