1. 鍼灸における触診（切診）によって得られる体表反応を扱った文献（腹診・脈診を除く）
2. ヒトを対象とした介入研究、観察研究、基礎研究
3. 鍼灸の触診に明示的に言及した、体表反応を再現・計測する工学的シミュレーター、ファントム、触診トレーニングデバイスに関する開発研究
4. 研究デザイン・文献種別を問わない（量的研究、質的研究、混合研究法、症例報告、総説、学会抄録等を含む）
5. 学会誌および書籍に掲載された文献
6. 医中誌Web、CiNii、PubMedのいずれかで検索可能な文献
7. 2000年1月から2025年12月までに公表された文献
8. 査読済み文献に加え、学会抄録等のグレー文献も対象とする

1. Literature dealing with surface reactions obtained through palpation (Qie Zhen) in acupuncture and moxibustion (excluding abdominal diagnosis and pulse diagnosis)
2. Intervention studies, observational studies, and basic research involving human subjects
3. Developmental research on engineering simulators, phantoms, and palpation training devices that reproduce or measure cutaneous reactions, explicitly referencing palpation in acupuncture and moxibustion
4. No restrictions on research design or literature type (including quantitative research, qualitative research, mixed-methods research, case reports, reviews, conference abstracts, etc.)
5. Literature published in academic journals and books
6. Literature searchable via Ichushi Web, CiNii, or PubMed
7. Literature published between January 2000 and December 2025
8. In addition to peer-reviewed literature, gray literature such as conference abstracts is also included

5. 鍼灸における触診（切診）との関連が明示されない、汎用的な工学的シミュレーター・デバイスに関する研究
6. 本文または抄録が入手できない文献

1. Literature focusing exclusively on diagnostic methods that do not correspond to palpation (Qie Zhen) in acupuncture and moxibustion
2. Literature that does not mention any relationship to superficial body reactions
3. Literature focusing exclusively on abdominal diagnosis or pulse diagnosis

1.検索方法：
鍼灸領域での触診で得られる体表反応に関する現状と課題を明らかにするために、網羅的に文献検索を行う。文献検索には、電子データベースである、医中誌Web、CiNii、PubMedを用いて、2000年1月1日から2025年12月31日までの期間に報告された全ての文献について、「鍼灸」「触診」をキーワードとして検索を行う予定である。

2.スクリーニング方法：
2名の研究者がそれぞれ独立して、選定基準をもとに独立してスクリーニングを行い、採用論文を確定する。スクリーニングの評価が研究者間で異なる場合は、研究間の協議のもと採否を決定し、それでも意見が収束しない場合には、第3者との議論によって採否を決定する。

1.Search Method
To clarify the current status and challenges regarding body surface reactions obtained through palpation in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion, we will conduct a comprehensive literature search. For this search, we plan to use the electronic databases Ichushi Web, CiNii, and PubMed to search for all literature published between January 1, 2000, and December 31, 2025, using the keywords acupuncture and palpation.

2.Screening Method
Two researchers will independently screen the literature based on the selection criteria to determine which papers to include. If the researchers evaluations differ, they will consult with each other to decide on inclusion or exclusion; if consensus cannot be reached, a third party will be consulted to make the final decision.
