選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 前立腺癌に対する超寡分割体幹部定位放射線治療（前立腺＋精嚢への限局照射）適応（T1-T3aN0M0）の患者
2) 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の男性患者
3) 米国東海岸癌臨床試験グループが作成した日常生活度の指標（Eastern cooperative oncology group performance status: ECOG PS）スコアが2以下で外来通院が可能な患者
4) 本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた研究対象者

英語
1) Patients eligible for Ultra-hypofractionated body radiotherapy (localized irradiation to the prostate + seminal vesicles) for prostate cancer (T1-T3aN0M0)
2) Male patients aged 20 years or older at the time of informed consent
3) Patients with an ECOG PS (Eastern cooperative oncology group performance status) score of 2 or less who are able to visit the outpatient clinic
4) Research subjects who have given their own free written consent after receiving sufficient explanation to participate in this research

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 前立腺以外に継続治療を要する活動性の重複癌（異なる臓器にそれぞれ原発性のがんが存在する状態）が存在する患者
2) 前立腺癌に対する根治的強度変調放射線治療適応だが、骨盤内リンパ節転移が認められ骨盤照射の併用が必要と判断された患者
3) 解剖学的に前立腺体積が大きいため、前立腺底部が膀胱内に突出しており、放射線治療後の尿閉リスクが高いと考えられる患者
4) 同意取得前に骨盤への放射線治療を受けた既往がある患者
5) 大建中湯および本剤が含有する生薬へのアレルギーが既に判明している患者
6) 併存疾患として血液透析中等の理由で放射線治療時の蓄尿が不可能な患者
7) 併存疾患として前立腺肥大症で経尿道的前立腺切除術（TUR-P）の既往がある患者
8) 併存疾患として尿閉や高度の排尿困難により自己導尿中の患者
9) 併存疾患として炎症性腸疾患である潰瘍性大腸炎やクローン病の既往がある患者
10) 併存疾患として痔核等による持続的な下部消化管出血症状を有する患者
11) 併存疾患として間質性肺炎を有する患者
12) 併存疾患として膠原病を有する患者
13) 重篤な腎疾患を有する患者（クレアチニンが2.0 mg/dl以上）
14) その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

英語
1) Patients with a history of active multiple cancers
2) Patients who are suitable for radical intensity-modulated radiotherapy for prostate cancer, but who are judged to require combination therapy with pelvic irradiation due to pelvic lymph node metastases
3) Patient considered to be at high risk of urinary retention following radiation therapy due to an anatomically large prostate volume, resulting in the protrusion of the prostatic base into the bladder
4) Patients who have undergone pelvic radiation therapy before obtaining consent
5) Patients who are already known to be allergic to Daikenchuto and the herbal medicines contained in this drug
6) Patients who are unable to collect urine during radiotherapy due to co-morbidities such as hemodialysis
7) Patient with a history of transurethral resection of the prostate (TUR-P) for benign prostatic hyperplasia as a comorbid condition
8) Patients who are self-catheterized continuously in place due to urinary retention or severe urinary difficulty as a comorbidity
9) Patients with a history of inflammatory bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease as a comorbidity
10) Patients with persistent lower gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms due to hemorrhoids etc. as a comorbidity
11) Patients with interstitial pneumonia as a comorbidity
12) Patients with collagen disease as a comorbidity
13) Patients with severe renal disease (creatinine 2.0 mg/dl or more)
14)Other patients deemed unsuitable as research subjects by the research director
