本研究は、超音波内視鏡ガイド下胆管消化管吻合術において、拡張処置を省略した手技におけるステント選択および患者背景・手技関連因子が臨床成績に与える影響を後方視的に検討し、最適な手技および周術期管理戦略を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to retrospectively investigate the impact of stent selection, patient characteristics, and procedural factors, including the use of non-dilation techniques, on the clinical outcomes of endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD), and to identify optimal procedural and perioperative management strategies.

2019年1月1日から2026年1月26日までの期間に、EUS-guided biliary drainage（EUS-BD）としてEUS-HGSまたはEUS-HJSが施行された症例。

Patients who underwent EUS-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD) with EUS-guided hepaticogastrostomy (EUS-HGS) or EUS-guided hepaticojejunostomy (EUS-HJS) between January 1, 2019, and January 26, 2026.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
同一患者における2回目以降のEUS-BD施行例、EUS-HGS/HJS以外のEUS-BD施行例、術前感染状態または抗菌薬使用歴が不明な症例、ならびに研究責任医師または研究分担医師が不適当と判断した症例。

Repeated EUS-BD procedures in the same patient (only the first procedure included), EUS-BD procedures other than EUS-HGS/HJS, cases with unavailable data on preprocedural infection status or antibiotic use, and cases deemed inappropriate by the investigators.
