主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

対象は健常中高年者38人とした.山梨県甲斐市にある竜王ラドン温泉施設において,同一日にラドン温泉とさら湯のいずれも39℃で10分間の入浴を行い,クロスオーバーデザインで比較した.各入浴前後に唾液アミラーゼ活性, Visual Analogue Scale,収縮期血圧,拡張期血圧,脈拍を測定した.

The study involved 38 healthy middle aged and older adults. At the Ryuo Radon Hot Spring facility in Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture, participants took 10 minute baths in both radon hot water and plain hot water at 39 degrees on the same day, and the effects were compared using a crossover design. Before and after each bath, we measured salivary amylase activity, Visual Analogue Scale, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse.
