A群：3週間（週3回）のフットケア（40℃・10分間の足浴および20分間のフットマッサージ）を実施した後，3週間の非介入期間とする。

Group A: Foot care consisting of a 10-minute foot bath at 40 degrees C followed by a 20-minute foot massage, three times per week for 3 weeks, followed by a 3-week non-intervention period.

⑤見守り歩行が可能
⑥研究参加について文書同意が得られた者

4. Age>30 years
5. Able to walk under supervision
6. Written informed consent obtained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①深部静脈血栓症
②重度心不全
③重度皮膚疾患
④整形外科疾患により歩行へ影響を及ぼす者
⑤研究内容を理解できない者
⑥主治医が不適当と判断した者
