5. Individuals whose BMI is >= 23 kg/m² and < 30 kg/m² at screening

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

5. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

6. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者

7. 生活習慣が不規則な者 (食事習慣、運動習慣、睡眠習慣など)

8. 夜勤等で睡眠時間および睡眠習慣が不規則な者

9. 試験期間中、生活習慣を変更する可能性のある者 (長期の旅行、転勤、運動習慣など)

10. 1日に21本以上の喫煙を行う者

11. アルコール多飲者 (1日の純アルコール摂取量が平均60 g以上)

12. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

13. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Individuals who are receiving treatment for or have a history of malignant tumors, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. Individuals who have an implanted pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator

3. Individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Individuals who consume Foods for Specified Health Uses or Foods with Functional Claims

5. Individuals who are taking or using medications (including herbal medicines) or supplements

6. Individuals who are allergic to medications or foods related to the test product

7. Individuals who have irregular lifestyles (such as diet, exercise, and sleep)

8. Individuals who have irregular sleeping time or habit due to work such as a late-night shift

9. Individuals whose lifestyle may change during this study period (e.g., due to long-term travel, work transfer, or changes in exercise habits)

10. Individuals who smoke >= 21 cigarettes per day

11. Individuals who consume excessive alcohol (average daily amount of 60 g or more)

12. Individuals who are pregnant, lactating, or planning pregnancy during this study

13. Individuals who are deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the principal investigator
