対象となる患者さんの人工心肺中、透析膜にて除水を行う場面において透析膜通過前の血液、透析膜通過後の血液、透析膜から流出した排液の3つのサンプルを採取し、それぞれロクロニウムの濃度を測定する。同時にカルテより患者さんの診療録から必要な情報を収集する。これにより透析膜でのロクロニウムの除去率およびそれに及ぼす影響として何が考えられるかを検討する。

During cardiopulmonary bypass, ultrafiltration using a hemoconcentrator will be performed. Three samples will be collected from each participant: blood immediately before and after passage through the hemoconcentrator, and ultrafiltrate from the hemoconcentrator. Rocuronium concentrations will be measured in all samples. Clinical data will also be obtained from medical records. These data will be used to determine the removal rate of rocuronium across the hemoconcentrator and to identify factors associated with its removal.
