This study also evaluates anxiety symptoms, safety-seeking behavior, frequency of avoidance behavior, intensity of avoidance desire, and functional impairment as factors related to the generalization of avoidance behavior, and examines their associations with the generalization of avoidance behavior.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
研究目的への同意を撤回した者
社交不安症、広場恐怖症、パニック症、特定の恐怖症、心的外傷後ストレス障害（PTSD）、分離不安症、急性ストレス障害のいずれかについて、これまでに医師または専門家から診断を受けたことがあると自己申告した者
GAD-7の得点が15点以上の重症度が高い者

Participants who withdrew their consent to the purpose of the study
Individuals who self-report having ever been diagnosed by a physician or other professional with any of the following: social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, panic disorder, specific phobia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), separation anxiety disorder, or acute stress disorder
Participants with a GAD-7 score of 15 or higher, indicating severe anxiety symptoms

本研究は、18歳以上の成人を対象とした横断的観察研究である。オンライン質問紙調査を用いて、日常生活における回避行動の経験、回避行動の般化、安全確保行動、不安症状、生活機能への影響等を測定し、回避行動の般化と感情要因との関連を検討する。介入や割付は行わず、研究参加者から得られた回答データを統計的に分析する。

This study is a cross-sectional observational study targeting adults aged 18 years or older. Using an online questionnaire survey, this study will assess experiences of avoidance behavior in daily life, generalization of avoidance behavior, safety-seeking behavior, anxiety symptoms, and impairment in daily functioning. The associations between generalization of avoidance behavior and emotional factors will be examined. No intervention or allocation will be conducted, and the collected questionnaire data will be statistically analyzed.
