医師免許を取得後4年以上で、精神保健指定医資格を有しているないし取得を目指しており、指定医としての知識及び技術の向上を志している者

(1) At least 4 years after getting medical doctor license
(2) Holding designated psychiatrist license or willing to get the license
(3) Willing to improve their knowledge and skills as a designated psychiatrist
