本研究の目的は、在宅糖尿病患者に対して、申請者らが開発した糖尿病自己管理支援アプリの使用の有無が自己管理の行動や意識に変化を与えるか、ランダム化比較試験で明らかにすることである。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下の基準をすべて満たす患者を対象とする
１．20 歳以上 80 歳以下の患者
２．浜松医科大学医学部附属病院に通院している２型糖尿病患者
３．本研究への参加について、本人による同意書への署名により同意が取得できた者
４．日常的にスマートフォンを利用している患者
５．日本語を話すおよび読むことができる患者

This study is intended for patients who meet all of the following criteria:
1. Patients aged 20 to 80 years
2. Patients with type 2 diabetes attending the University Hospital, Hamamatsu University School of Medicine
3. Patients who have provided informed consent to participate in this study by signing a consent form
4. Patients who use a smartphone on a daily basis
5. Patients who can speak and read Japanese

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
以下のいずれかにあてはまる患者は、本研究に組み入れないこととする。
１．感染症を有する者
２．１型糖尿病患者
３．糖尿病性腎症の病期が第3期以上の患者
４．悪性腫瘍で治療中の者

Patients who meet any of the following criteria shall be excluded from this study.
1. Patients with an infectious disease
2. Patients with type 1 diabetes
3. Patients with diabetic nephropathy at stage 3 or higher
4. Patients currently undergoing treatment for a malignant tumor
