日本語
大腸疾患に対する腹腔鏡手術において、体腔内吻合はこれまで行われてきた体腔外吻合と比較して術後短期成績の改善が報告されている。その一方で、体腔内で腸管を開放することに伴う術後感染症リスクや腹膜播種など長期成績に関する知見が不十分である。そこでこれまで吻合後に3Lの生理食塩水で行っていた腹腔内洗浄に6Lで洗浄する群を加え2群間で比較検討することにより、短期および長期成績への影響を検討する。

In laparoscopic surgery for colorectal diseases, intra-abdominal anastomosis has been reported to improve short-term postoperative outcomes compared to the extraperitoneal anastomosis that has been performed to date. On the other hand, there is insufficient data regarding long-term outcomes, such as the risk of postoperative infection and peritoneal seeding, associated with exposing the bowel within the abdominal cavity. Therefore, we will investigate the impact on short-term and long-term outcomes by comparing two groups: one in which intra-abdominal lavage is performed with 3 L of saline solution after anastomosis, and another in which 6 L of saline solution is used.
