目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究の目的は、TMS治療を受けるうつ病患者に対して作業療法を組み合わせた支援を実施し、その実施可能性および臨床的有用性を検討することである。
具体的には、同意取得率、介入開始率、継続率、評価完遂率、中止理由、有害事象、患者の受け入れやすさを確認する。また、抑うつ症状、認知機能、活動量、生活機能、社会機能の変化を探索的に評価する。

The aim of this study is to provide occupational therapy in combination with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment for patients with depression and to examine its feasibility and clinical utility.
Specifically, this study will assess the consent rate, intervention initiation rate, retention rate, assessment completion rate, reasons for discontinuation, adverse events, and patient acceptability. In addition, changes in depressive symptoms, cognitive function, physical activity, daily functioning, and social functioning will be evaluated exploratorily.

医師より、うつ病と診断され反復経頭蓋磁気刺激療法の適応と判断された患者

Patients diagnosed with depression by a physician and deemed eligible for repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) treatment.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）本人から研究参加について文書による同意が得られない者
2）知的障害の診断を有し、研究内容の理解または研究評価の実施が困難であると研究責任者が判断した者
3）研究の安全性または評価結果に影響を及ぼす可能性のある頭部外傷または神経学的疾患の既往を有する者
4）アルコールまたはその他の物質による急性中毒状態もしくは離脱状態にある者
5）その他、研究責任者または担当医師が研究参加に適さないと判断した者

1Individuals from whom written informed consent for participation in the study cannot be obtained.
2Individuals with a diagnosis of intellectual disability who are judged by the principal investigator to have difficulty understanding the study procedures or completing the study assessments.
3Individuals with a history of head injury or neurological disease that may affect study safety or outcome assessments.
4Individuals experiencing acute intoxication with, or withdrawal from, alcohol or other substances.
5Individuals who are considered unsuitable for participation in the study by the principal investigator or attending physician.
