現在、医師から運動制限を指示されておらず、薬（低用量ピルを含む）を定期的に服用していない健常成人
英語
Healthy adults with no medical restrictions on exercise and who are not taking any regular medications (including low-dose oral contraceptives).
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
喫煙習慣を有する者、妊娠中、または妊娠している可能性がある者、月経周期が著しく不規則な者（過去3ヶ月間の月経周期が24日以下、または39日以上の者、あるいは周期ごとの変動が7日以上である者）、または無月経の者

Current smokers; women who are pregnant or may be pregnant; individuals with severely irregular menstrual cycles (cycle length of 24 days or less, or 39 days or more over the past 3 months, or cycle-to-cycle variation of 7 days or more); or individuals with amenorrhea
