Chronic tic disorder is a condition characterized by involuntary movements that begin in
childhood and may persist into adulthood. Many individuals with this disorder also
experience obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

治療が有効であるか検討する

We are
planning a new study that will evaluate the treatment of both motor and vocal tics using
Chlorpromazine and L-DOPA.
Purpose:
To investigate the safety and efficacy of the combination therapy using Chlorpromazine and
L-DOPA for treating tic disorders and Tourette's syndrome.

評価/Assessment

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
ウインタミン5ｍｇ、ネオドパストン0.5 錠/日を処方し2 週間後受診してもらう。
治験開始2 週間後症状、副作用を評価しウインタミン10ｍｇ、ネオドパストン1T/日を処
方し、2 週間後受診してもらう
治験開始4 週間後症状、副作用を評価しウインタミン15ｍｇ、ネオドパストン1.5T/日を
処方し、2 週間後受診してもらう
治験開始8 週間後症状、副作用を評価し治験を終了する。通常の治療へ移行する。
患者の希望がある場合は同様の治療を継続することも可能とする。

prescribe CPZ 5mg andLDOPA 50mg per day and schedule a check up in two weeks. Two weeks after the clinical trial begins , we evaluate the symptoms and side effects. At that time, 5mg of CPZ and 100mg of LDOPA will be prescribed. The patient will then be asked to return for a follow up visit two weeks later.
Four weeks after the clinical trial begins, we will evaluate the symptoms and side effects. At that time, 115 mg of CPZ and 150 mg of LDOPA willbe prescribed. The patient will then be asked to return for a follow-up visit two weeks later. After eight weeks from the start of the clinical trial, symptoms and side effects will be evaluated, and the trial will be terminated. Patients will then transition to standard treatment. If the patient wishes, we will continue the same treatment.
