DSM-5により神経性やせ症と診断された患者
BMI（Body Mass Index）が14以上で
病歴が4年未満
外来：外来のみ
本研究の目的、内容を理解し自由意思による研究参加の同意を文書で得られた者（未成年者の場合は保護者の自由意思による文書での同意を得られた者

Persons diagnosed with anorexia nervosa based on DSM-5 criteria.
Body mass index (BMI) is greater than 14.0 at starting.
Duration of illness less than 4 years
Outpatients only
Persons who can understand the purpose and content of this trial and give voluntary written informed consent.
For participants who are minors, voluntary written informed consent must be obtained from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
身体的危機：①BMIが14未満、②10日以上ほとんど食事摂食していない、③1か月で5キロ以上の急激な体重減少、④重度の電解質の異常
精神的危機：①重篤な希死念慮、②自傷行為、③他者への暴力
重篤なうつ病、強迫症、境界性（情緒不安定）パーソナリティ症などの明らかな精神科併存症を有する場合。
その他、研究参加施設の研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

Physical Crisis: (1) Body mass index (BMI) < 14 (2) Little or no food intake for more than 10 consecutive days (3) Rapid weight loss of more than 5 kg within one month (4) Severe electrolyte abnormalities
Psychological Crisis: (1) severe suicidal ideation; (2) self-injurious behavior; (3) violence toward others
Presence of clinically significant psychiatric comorbidities, including severe major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and borderline (emotionally unstable) personality disorder.
Any patient considered unsuitable for study participation by the principal investigator at the participating study site.
