1) 年齢18歳以上の男女
2) 喫煙習慣が現在ない者
3) 医師から運動制限を受けていない者
4) 妊娠中でない者
5) 重篤な疾患の既往歴がない者
6) 高血圧/不整脈/糖尿病の診断を受けていない者
7) 研究内容に同意できる者

1) Men and women aged 18 years or older
2) No current smoking habit
3) No medical contraindications to exercise
4) Not pregnant
5) No history of severe disease
6) No diagnosis of hypertension, arrhythmia, or diabetes mellitus
7) Able and willing to provide written informed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 機器を使用したレジスタンス運動の実施が困難な者
2) 実験前の統制事項を遵守できない者
3) 実験当日に測定した血圧/心拍数で異常がある者
4) その他（研究対象者として不適と判断された者など）

1) Individuals unable to perform resistance exercise using exercise equipment
2) Individuals unable to comply with the study requirements and pre-experimental instructions
3) Individuals with abnormal blood pressure or heart rate measured on the day of the experiment
4) Individuals deemed unsuitable for study participation by the investigators for any other reason
