本研究では、ファントム実験およびヒトを対象とした実験を通じて、MyotonPROおよび筋音図で得られる組織振動指標が筋腱組織の水分状態を反映するかを検証するとともに、これらの指標を用いた筋腱組織の力学的特性評価の可能性について検討することを目的とする。

The objective of this study is to verify, through phantom experiments and human subjects, whether the tissue vibration indices obtained using MyotonPRO and myoelectrography reflect the hydration status of muscle-tendon tissue, and to examine the potential for evaluating the mechanical properties of muscle-tendon tissue using these indices.

18歳以上；健常成人；下肢に整形外科的疾患を有しない；神経筋疾患を有しない；実験参加に支障のない者

Aged 18 or older; healthy adults; individuals without orthopedic conditions affecting the lower limbs; individuals without neuromuscular disorders; individuals whose condition does not interfere with participation in the study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
下肢手術歴；アキレス腱障害既往；下肢浮腫を呈する疾患；循環器疾患；妊娠中；DOMS誘発運動が困難な者
英語
History of lower limb surgery; history of Achilles tendon disorders; conditions presenting with lower limb edema; cardiovascular disease; pregnancy; individuals for whom DOMS-inducing exercise is difficult
