The measured values of inattention / memory problems, hyperactivity/restlessness, impulsivity/emotional lability, problems with self-concept, Diagnostic and Statistical manual of Mental disorders-IV (DSM-IV) inattentive-type symptoms, DSM-IV hyperactive-impulsive-type symptoms, DSM-IV attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) symptoms total, and ADHD index of the Conners' Adult ADHD Rating Scales (CAARS), and the changes and percentage changes of them from Scr

8. スクリーニング検査におけるCAARS日本語版の回答結果からADHDではないと判断された者

9. スクリーニング検査におけるCognitraxの総合注意力の有効性指標が「はい」の者

10. スクリーニング検査におけるCognitraxの総合注意力の標準化スコアが100点未満の者

8. Individuals who are judged not to have ADHD based on their responses to the Japanese version of the CAARS at Scr

9. Individuals whose validity indicator for complex attention on Cognitrax is "Yes" at Scr

10. Individuals whose standardized score of complex attention on Cognitrax is < 100 at Scr

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 認知症に罹患中、うつ病や注意欠陥・多動性障害 (ADHD) 等の精神疾患の既往歴がある者

5. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

6. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

7. DHA・EPA等、認知機能に影響する可能性のある食品やサプリメントを日常的に摂取している者

8. イワシ、サバ、サンマ等の青魚を週4日以上摂取している者

9. 認知機能に影響する可能性がある器具、機器、アプリ等を使用している

10. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者

11. 夜勤等で睡眠時間および睡眠習慣が不規則な者、生活習慣が不規則な者

12. 喫煙習慣がある者、または同意取得日の3か月以内に禁煙を始めた者

13. 日常的に多量 (60 g/日以上) のアルコールを摂取している者

14. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

15. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Individuals who are receiving treatment for or have a history of malignant tumors, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. Individuals who have an implanted pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator

3. Individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases:
cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Individuals who have dementia or a history of psychiatric disorders, such as depression disorder or ADHD

5. Individuals who consume Foods for Specified Health Uses or Foods with Functional Claims

6. Individuals who are taking or using medications (including herbal medicines) or supplements

7. Individuals who regularly consume foods or supplements that may affect cognitive function, such as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) or eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)

8. Individuals who take blue-backed fish such as sardines, mackerel, and saury at least four times a week

9. Individuals who use tools, devices, or applications that may affect cognitive function

10. Individuals who are allergic to medications or foods related to the test product

11. Individuals with irregular sleeping duration or patterns due to night shifts or similar work, or with irregular lifestyles

12. Individuals who currently smoke or began smoking cessation within three months before providing informed consent

13. Individuals who habitually drink >= 60 g/day of alcohol

14. Individuals who are pregnant, lactating, or planning pregnancy during this study

15. Individuals who are deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the principal investigator
