除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）試験食品または含有成分に対するアレルギー、過敏症、不耐症を有する者。
2）味覚障害、嗅覚障害、重度の口腔疾患、口腔粘膜疾患、口腔内疼痛を有する者。
3）試験当日に風邪症状、発熱、鼻閉、咳、体調不良を有する者。
4）味覚または唾液分泌に影響し得る薬剤を使用している者。
5）妊娠中または授乳中の者。
6）試験前の規定時間内(2時間以内)に飲食、喫煙、香料使用、歯磨き、マウスウォッシュ使用を行った者。ただし水の摂取は可とする。
7）研究責任者が本試験への参加を不適当と判断した者。

1) Individuals with allergies, hypersensitivity, or intolerance to the test food or any of its ingredients.
2) Individuals with taste disorders, smell disorders, severe oral diseases, oral mucosal diseases, or oral pain.
3) Individuals experiencing cold symptoms, fever, nasal congestion, cough, or general malaise on the day of the test.
4) Individuals taking medications that may affect taste or saliva secretion.
5) Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
6) Individuals who have eaten, drunk, smoked, used fragrances, brushed their teeth, or used mouthwash within the specified time period (within 2 hours) prior to the trial. However, drinking water is permitted.
7) Individuals whom the principal investigator deems unsuitable for participation in this trial.
