This study aims to evaluate the current practice of neoadjuvant therapy in patients with biological borderline resectable pancreatic cancer with elevated CA19-9 levels and to provide insights into the development of optimal neoadjuvant treatment strategies for this condition.

Patients with biological borderline resectable pancreatic cancer with elevated CA19-9 levels (>500 U/mL) who underwent pancreatic resection following neoadjuvant therapy between January 1 2012 and December 31 2023.
