通常診療の範囲内で行われる末梢静脈路確保において、指導医の監督状況（フィードバックの即時性の有無）と手技の成功率および所要時間との関連を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The aim of this study is to evaluate the association between the timing of supervisor feedback (immediate versus delayed) and the success rate and procedure time of peripheral intravenous cannulation performed as part of routine clinical practice.

ショック状態
著明な脱水
重度浮腫
指導医が観察しても肉眼的または触診で血管を同定できない症例
過去に末梢静脈確保困難の記録がある症例

Severe dehydration
Severe edema
Patients in whom a supervising physician is unable to identify a suitable peripheral vein by visual inspection or palpation
Patients with a documented history of difficult peripheral intravenous cannulation
