参加者に対し、8週間にわたりセルフトークを中心とした心理的スキルトレーニングを実施する。
介入ではセルフトークの理解、認知・感情・モチベーションセルフトークの習得、野球競技場面への応用を段階的に学習する。
各セッション後にはワークシートおよび実践課題を課し、日常の練習や試合場面でセルフトークを活用する。

Participants will receive an 8-week psychological skills training program focused on self-talk.
The intervention will include education about self-talk, development of cognitive, emotional, and motivational self-talk skills, and application of these skills to baseball situations.
Participants will complete worksheets and practical assignments between sessions to facilitate the use of self-talk during training and competition.
