1．残存歯数が20本以上で、上下顎前歯部のDMF指数が0の者
2．矯正器具を装着していない者
3．スマートフォンの操作に慣れている者

1. Individuals with 20 or more remaining teeth and without any DMF teeth.
2. Individuals not wearing orthodontic appliances.
3. Individuals familiar with using smartphones.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1．重度の歯列不正を有する者
2．その他、研究者が研究の中止が妥当と判断した場合

1. Individuals with severe malalignment/ malocclusion of teeth
2. In addition, if the researchers determine that it is appropriate to discontinue the research.
