3ヶ月間の実証期間中、Yuureaアプリを用いた計3回の尿検査、eat+アプリへの食事写真・体重・腹囲の記録、各3回の問診票回答、及び管理栄養士による個別食事指導を計3回実施する。

During the 3-month study period, a total of 3 urine tests using the Yuurea app, dietary photo/weight/waist circumference recording on the eat+ app, 3 questionnaire responses, and a total of 3 individualized dietary guidance sessions by registered dietitians will be conducted.

1. 本研究の目的を理解し、自発的に参加に同意した者
2. 研究主体の社内従業員（特定保健指導対象者を含む）または一般公募により参加する20歳以上の者

1. Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily consent to participate.
2. Employees of the research sponsor (including those eligible for specific health guidance) or general public participants aged 20 and over.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 糖尿病治療薬（GLP-1受容体作動薬、インスリン製剤、SGLT2阻害薬等）を服用中の者
2. 降圧薬（ACE阻害薬、ARB、利尿薬等）を服用中の者
3. 腎機能障害または重篤な疾患を有し、医師から食事制限を受けている者
4. スマートフォンの操作が困難な者、または長期出張等で継続が困難な者

1. Individuals taking diabetes medications (GLP-1 receptor agonists, insulin preparations, SGLT2 inhibitors, etc.).
2. Individuals taking antihypertensive drugs (ACE inhibitors, ARBs, diuretics, etc.).
3. Individuals with renal dysfunction or serious illness who are under dietary restrictions by a physician.
4. Individuals who find it difficult to operate smartphones, or who are expected to have difficulty continuing due to long-term business trips, etc.
