本研究の目的は、通所介護および地域密着型通所介護事業所における要介護高齢者による有償ボランティア活動の実施状況を把握するとともに、その実施に関連する要因および実施上の課題を明らかにすることである。

厚生労働省が公表する介護サービス情報公表システムのデータに掲載された通所介護事業所および地域密着型通所介護事業所のうち、都道府県別の施設数割合に応じて無作為抽出された事業所。回答者は各事業所の施設長または管理者とする。

Day care service providers and community-based day care service providers listed in publicly available data from the Long-term Care Service Information Disclosure System and randomly selected according to the proportion of facilities in each prefecture. Respondents are facility directors or managers.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
厚生労働省の介護サービス情報公表システムに掲載されている事業所のうち、認知症対応型通所介護事業所および療養通所介護事業所は除外する。また、重複して登録されている事業所および調査票の主要項目に欠損がある回答は解析対象から除外する。

Dementia day care service providers and therapeutic day care service providers listed in the Long-term Care Service Information Disclosure System will be excluded. Duplicate facilities and responses with missing data on key survey items will also be excluded from the analysis.

本研究は全国の通所介護事業所および地域密着型通所介護事業所を対象とした横断的質問紙調査である。厚生労働省介護サービス情報公表システムの公開データから対象事業所を抽出し、都道府県別施設数の割合に応じて無作為抽出を行う。研究対象者への介入は実施せず、施設管理者または施設長を対象に質問紙調査を実施する。

This study is a cross-sectional questionnaire survey of day care service providers and community-based day care service providers in Japan. Facilities will be selected from publicly available data in the Long-term Care Service Information Disclosure System using proportionate random sampling by prefecture. No intervention will be administered, and questionnaires will be completed by facility directors or managers.
