除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

同意が得られない患者
使用薬剤に対してアレルギーがある患者
凝固異常、血小板低下がある患者
コントロール不良の糖尿病がある患者
インフォームド・コンセントを受けるにあたり十分な意思決定能力を持たない患者
痛みの程度を問診するにあたり認知機能に問題があると想定される患者

Patients who do not provide informed consent; patients with an allergy to any of the drugs used in the study; patients with coagulation abnormalities or thrombocytopenia; patients with uncontrolled diabetes; patients who lack adequate decision-making capacity; and patients with cognitive impairment.

末梢神経ブロック後、手術直後、カテーテル抜去時に、カテーテルと神経の距離を測定する。
鎮痛効果と合併症、カテーテル先端位置移動の起きる要因についても検討する。

The distance between the catheter and the nerve is measured after placement of the peripheral nerve block catheter, immediately after surgery, and at the time of catheter removal. Analgesic efficacy, complications, and factors associated with the catheter tip displacement are also evaluated.
