日本語
対象者は全身反応時間測定装置を用いて、視覚刺激に反応し、直上、前方、後方、左方および右方の5方向へ小ジャンプによる移動課題を実施する。各方向につき5回測定し、最大値および最小値を除く3回の平均値を代表値として用いる。また、身体組成（身長、体重、体脂肪率）および足趾把持筋力の測定を実施する。介入は測定日のみ実施し、1回あたり約60分とする。

Participants will perform direction-specific whole-body reaction time tasks using a whole-body reaction time measurement system. In response to visual stimuli, participants will move by a small jump in five directions: upward, forward, backward, leftward, and rightward. Five trials will be conducted in each direction, and the mean of the middle three trials (excluding the maximum and minimum values) will be used for analysis. Body composition (height, weight, and body fat percentage) and toe-grip strength will also be measured. The intervention will be performed only on the assessment day and will require approximately 60 minutes per participant.

2.新潟医療福祉大学男子硬式野球部に所属する投手または内野手
3.右利きである者
4.研究の説明を理解し、文書による同意が得られた者
5.全身反応時間測定を安全に実施できる者

1.Male participants aged 18 to 22 years.
2.Pitchers or infielders belonging to the baseball team of Niigata University of Health and Welfare.
3.Right-handed players.
4.Individuals who understand the study and provide written informed consent.
5.Individuals capable of safely performing the whole-body reaction time test.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1.測定時に下肢の疼痛または外傷を有する者
2.全身反応時間測定の実施に支障を来す整形外科的疾患を有する者
3.腰部、股関節、膝関節または足関節に既往歴があり、研究参加によって症状の悪化が懸念される者
4.研究責任者が不適当と判断した者

2.Individuals with orthopedic disorders that interfere with the performance of the whole-body reaction time test.
3.Individuals with a history of lumbar, hip, knee, or ankle disorders that may worsen due to study participation.
4.Individuals judged inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator.
