日本語版改訂版サッター・アイバーグ児童生徒の行動評価尺度（Sutter-Eyberg Student Behavior Inventory-Revised：SESBI-R）による子どもの行動評価の変化。評価時期は、介入前、介入後、および介入終了3か月後とする。

Changes in child behavioral assessment measured using the Japanese version of the Sutter-Eyberg Student Behavior Inventory-Revised (SESBI-R). Assessments will be conducted before the intervention, after the intervention, and 3 months after completion of the intervention.

保育士・幼稚園教諭を対象に、ティーチャーズトレーニングを実施する。プログラムでは、子どもの行動理解、肯定的な注目、ほめ方、行動記録表を用いた振り返り、保育場面での実践課題等を扱う。

Nursery teachers and kindergarten teachers will receive a teacher training program. The program includes understanding child behavior, positive attention, praise, reflection using behavior record forms, and practice assignments in childcare settings.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

本研究の対象者は、ティーチャーズトレーニングに参加する保育士・幼稚園教諭であり、研究の目的および方法について説明を受け、研究参加に同意した者とする。

Participants will be nursery teachers and kindergarten teachers who participate in the teacher training program and who provide informed consent after receiving an explanation of the purpose and methods of the study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
研究参加への同意が得られない者、質問紙への回答が困難な者、その他研究責任者が研究対象者として不適切と判断した者は除外する。

Individuals who do not provide informed consent, those who have difficulty completing the questionnaires, and those whom the principal investigator judges to be inappropriate for participation in the study will be excluded.
